Return Policy

You can return goods that you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost(s) of returning goods to us shall be paid by you. Upon receipt of the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order:
You can notify us by email to [email protected] before we have dispatched the goods to you; or where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the terms and conditions.


Delivery Policy

Standard UK delivery is 2 – 5 working days (we use Royal Mail in most cases). If you need a faster delivery then please get in touch. All orders received by us are shipped subject to availability. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product. We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery.

Ordering from us:
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email.
-We may refuse to accept an order:
• Where goods are not available.
• Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
• If you do not provide sufficient identification required when ordering certain items.
• If there has been a pricing or product description error.


Terms and Conditions

All Sales are subject to the following trading terms – these terms and conditions do not affect the consumers statutory rights:
Delivery prices are quoted for UK Mainland only.
Larger orders may require extra delivery charges. We will provide information with 48 hours of your order being placed.
Your order will be dispatched within 7 days of payment being received.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival please contact us on (+44) 77899 38923 or [email protected] and we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within seven days starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a cooling off period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty. If you wish to cancel, please write to us stating your full details and invoice number within seven working days of the day after you took delivery. Once you have cancelled, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods and return them, at your expense, to Alan Peat Ltd, 2 The Walled Garden, Biddulph ST8 7TA. We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, less any cost incurred to collect them, within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
